PROJECT MANAGEMENT ZONING REVISIONS CONSULTANT (PRO HOUSING – ZONING)

The City of Detroit is seeking a Project Management Zoning Revisions Consultant to provide project management services for the update of the City's zoning ordinance. The consultant will be responsible for developing a structured work plan, facilitating meetings, and monitoring the status of the Zoning Consultant's tasks and contract status. The contract term will be for 24 months. Key responsibilities include: • Developing a structured work plan proposal • Facilitating meetings between City departments and the Zoning Consultant • Monitoring the status of the Zoning Consultant's tasks and contract status • Providing project management services to ensure the successful completion of the zoning ordinance update The City is looking for a consultant with at least 5 years of experience providing similar services, and a minimum of 3 projects with public/municipal clients. The consultant should also have project management certification, such as a Project Management Professional Certification.
