The Delaware Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a statewide, multi‑year IDIQ contract for the supply, installation, maintenance, and removal of short‑line pavement markings. The work includes all labor, materials (thermoplastic, pre‑formed markings, permanent tape, glass‑bead paint), traffic‑control personnel, portable equipment, and electronic ticketing data submission. The contract will run for three calendar years with two optional one‑year extensions, and the contractor must meet stringent safety, prevailing‑wage, drug‑testing, and craft‑training requirements.
