The Department of Revenue (REV) is seeking a lease for a General Tax Administration (GTA) and Property Tax Oversight (PTO) office in Lake City, Florida. The lease term is 10 years with 10 one-year renewals. The office space must be between 12,536 and 13,856 square feet. The selected offeror will be responsible for all design and construction costs. The agency is looking for a full-service (gross) or turn-key rental rate. The lease commencement date is October 1, 2027. • The office space must be within or abutting the specified boundaries in Lake City. • The selected offeror must provide a breakdown of the budgeted Tenant Improvement (TI) costs. • The agency has specific design and construction requirements, including security system and electronic locks. • The selected offeror must comply with all specifications outlined in the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN).
