Description
The Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to epoxy coat the floor in the Energy Center. The contractor will be responsible for preparing, repairing, and resurfacing the flooring with a grey epoxy coating and texture. The contractor must also verify the square footage of the project at the site visit and complete the job on or before January 22nd, 2026. The proposal should include a comprehensive solution to achieve the objectives listed, a detailed approach and methodology, and a comprehensive price proposal.
