The US Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Chalmers & Kubeck, Inc., to meet the Government’s requirement for two brand name Limitorque Actuator Valves. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. The requirement is available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency. • The requirement is for one V34 Limitorque Actuator Valve, S/N 123582, and one V35 Limitorque Actuator Valve, S/N 123581. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333995, Fluid Power Cylinder and Actuator Manufacturing. • The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 4810, Valves, Powered. • Foreign participation is authorized.
