Wood Hall Room 216 Glass Window and door Install

The University of Wisconsin‑Green Bay is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, install, and fully complete a new fire‑rated glass window and a matching glass door in Wood Hall, Room 216. The work includes demolition of the existing opening (performed by the university), installation of a 12‑ft × 8‑ft fire‑rated window assembly, a 3‑ft‑2‑in. glass door with transom, extension of bulkhead, ceiling grid, tile, flooring, base trim, and finish painting to match existing conditions. The contract is a lump‑sum, FOB‑destination, installed‑service award and will run for one year from execution, with the installation to be finished on or before September 2 2026. • Supply and install a fire‑rated safety‑glass window assembly and a matching glass door with transom. • Extend bulkhead, ceiling grid, tile, install flooring, base trim, and blend wall finishes/paint to existing room aesthetics. • Provide warranties, service‑level agreements, and declare manufacturer authorization (original OEM, distributor, or dealer). • All work must be performed under the university’s standard terms and conditions (DOA‑3054, DOA‑3681) and comply with federal de‑barment and conflict‑of‑interest certifications.
