Description
The Ohio Adjutant General’s Department is seeking a qualified contractor to remove three existing exterior window assemblies at Building 105 Pump House, dispose of them, and install three new replacement windows in the existing CMU block wall openings. The work includes demolition, proper waste handling, flashing, sealing, trim work, and a 1‑year workmanship warranty. The contract will be awarded on a price‑only basis and must be submitted via OhioBuys.
• Remove and legally dispose of three existing windows (≈ 61″ × 34″).
• Supply and install three new exterior‑grade aluminum‑frame windows (≈ 60″ × 32″) with required flashing, sealants, and trim.
• Perform all associated demolition, site cleanup, inspections, and provide a 1‑year warranty; work must be completed within a 30‑day performance period.
