Description
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking qualified contractors to completely replace the existing metal roofing system at the McKinley Avenue correctional facility. The scope includes total removal of the current roof down to the deck, disposal of debris, inspection and repair of any damaged decking, installation of new insulation, new metal roofing panels, new roof curbs at all penetrations, and new gutter and downspout systems. Contractors must meet OSHA fall‑protection standards, provide required insurance, and undergo background‑check clearance for personnel entering the correctional environment. The contract runs until June 30 2027 with possible extensions, and all bids must be submitted through OhioBuys.
• Remove existing metal roof, insulation, gutters, and downspouts.
