Description
The 460th Civil Engineering Squadron, Buckley SFB, requires various carbon steel pipe repair clamps, a pipe freezing kit, and a carbon fiber composite reinforcement package for pipes ranging from 3" to 10". The contractor shall provide new, unused, and non-refurbished parts, and the contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror approach. The delivery period is 14 calendar days after receipt of award, and all required items shall be delivered FOB Destination.
* The required parts include elbow and pipe repair packages, pipe freezing kits, and carbon fiber composite reinforcement packages
* The contractor must be able to provide all required items within the 14 calendar day delivery period
* The contract will be awarded based on the LPTA evaluation approach, considering factors such as price, technical capability, and compliance with RFQ requirements
* The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov
* The contractor must include a technical and price quote, a technical description of all quoted items, and details of any standard warranty provided
