ACRx Antenna Installation: St. Thomas, USVI

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking a contractor to provide antenna installation services at the WTJX Tower in St. Thomas, USVI, as part of the Adaptive Central Receive (ACRx) effort. The scope of work includes the installation of Janteq SuperSector antennas, fiber optic cables, and other equipment. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits, ensuring compliance with Motorola R56 standards, and coordinating with the FBI for the installation. The period of performance is expected to be 180 days. The contractor must have at least two years of experience in performing work of similar size and scope and must possess certain certifications, including Motorola R56 Installer Certifications and Competent Rigger Certification. • The contractor must provide installation and ancillary services, including pre-installation site walk, building permits, cable entry protection, and antenna installation. • The contractor must work with the FBI to ensure all requirements are met, including compliance with Motorola R56 standards and obtaining necessary permits. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must provide evidence of required certifications and insurance. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes a technical volume and a price quote, with the technical volume limited to 10 pages. • The government will evaluate proposals based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
