Description
The Wexford-Missaukee ISD is seeking a contractor to renovate their Special Services Building, located at 9907 E. 13th Street in Cadillac, Michigan. The project involves remodeling the existing Business Office area to create new classrooms, and separating the new educational use from the remainder of the building with a two-hour fire separation. The contractor will be responsible for verifying all existing field conditions, complying with current federal, state, and local codes, and ensuring that all work meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The project includes site work, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, roofing, and electrical work. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project.
