Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for as-is, fully finished and furnished office space for administrative operations in support of law enforcement in Indianapolis, IN. The required space should be around 6,000-8,001 square feet, with 29-45 private offices, at least one conference room, and a dedicated server room. The lease term will be 10 years, with 5 years firm. The evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.

• The Government reserves the right to identify and consider the closest acceptable alternative if the market cannot deliver space that fully meets these requirements.
• Offers must be submitted through the Leasing Portal (leasing.gsa.gov).
• The initial offer should include a scaled floorplan of the offered space, an authorization to represent the ownership, and a marketing package that demonstrates the space is finished and furnished.
