Notice to Contractors (Street Overlay) 2nd Half of 2026

The City of Woodward is soliciting bids for Street Overlay Paving Improvements, including labor and materials for Type “C” Asphaltic Concrete, Tack Coat, and milling machine. The contract will have two options: a six-month term beginning July 21, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026, or a one-year term beginning July 21, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. Bidders are responsible for all signage, cones, and traffic control. The City of Woodward reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The bid bond must be 5% of the total amount bid. • Bidders must obtain bidding forms and specifications from the City Clerk’s office. • The contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended. • No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening.
