Parking Garages Repair And Maintenance.

The City of Bradenton is seeking proposals to perform full-service repair and maintenance services, including rehabilitation and repair services, to the City Center Parking Garage and the Judicial Center Parking Garage. The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described. The scope of work includes routine maintenance, repair work, and emergency services. The contractor must have a Florida licensed General Contractor on staff and provide a minimum of two references demonstrating experience in parking garage repairs and maintenance services within the past 10 years. Key aspects of the job include: • Maintaining the parking structure in compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices • Repairing and preventing deterioration of concrete, steel, and waterproofing systems • Enhancing user safety, lighting, signage, and wayfinding • Extending the lifespan of the facility through proactive and preventive maintenance • Providing routine maintenance, including cleaning, surface maintenance, lighting and electrical systems, drainage and plumbing, and signage and safety systems • Performing repair work, including structural repairs, waterproofing, drainage corrections, and miscellaneous repairs • Providing emergency services, including emergency mobilization and repairs
