W.O. 19-12: West End Reservoir

The City of Billings is seeking bids for the West End Reservoir Earthwork project, which includes earthwork for construction of embankments for two earthen raw water reservoir cells, excavating to the bottom of reservoir cells, grading around the exterior of reservoir cells embankment, and additional miscellaneous earthwork and material handling. The project requires the contractor to furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
