Job Order Contract Phase 42-46 (JOC)

The California State University (CSU) is seeking a contractor for a Job Order Contract (JOC) with a maximum value of work of $3,000,000. The contract will have a term of 365 calendar days from the date of approval by University Counsel. The scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. The contractor will furnish all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. Key responsibilities include repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. • The contract is a firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. • The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the work, including management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment. • The contract will have no minimum value of work. • The term of the contract is 365 calendar days from the date of approval by University Counsel.
