City of Nahunta FY 2026 LMIG - Resurfacing Improvements

The City of Nahunta is seeking bids for the FY 2026 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) funding for leveling and resurfacing improvements to Brooker Street and Roosevelt Street. The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation. The scope of work includes leveling and resurfacing improvements to 0.26 miles of street. The project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days. • The bid bond must be at least 5% of the lump sum bid. • The performance bond and payment bond must each be equal to 100% of the contract amount. • The contractor must be a current "Prequalified Contractor" with the Georgia Department of Transportation or be approved in writing by the City of Nahunta. • The project will be awarded to the lowest bidder after evaluation of all bids.
