Description
The City of Panama City is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate the headworks structure of the Millville Wastewater Treatment Plant and install a new Pista grit removal system. The scope includes demolition, concrete repair, structural reinforcement, and integration of the grit system, with an expected contract duration of 115 days. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Bonfire portal by November 13, 2026. A non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference will be held on October 26, 2026.
