Description
The City of Hollywood, Florida is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive program‑management services for its Water & Wastewater Master Plan (WWWMP). The contractor will act as the City’s lead manager for planning, studies, permitting, design oversight, construction coordination, regulatory approvals, and public outreach for a portfolio of capital projects scheduled from 2026‑2035. The effort is a non‑continuing, five‑year contract (with two optional two‑year extensions) that supports both long‑term infrastructure upgrades and interim improvements to the water‑treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, distribution system, lift stations, and related facilities. The scope includes: • Development of project schedules, budgets, and risk‑management plans. • Coordination with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. • Management of permitting processes and environmental compliance. • Oversight of design documents and construction activities. • Representation of the City at public meetings and community outreach events. • Preparation of status reports and performance metrics for City leadership. • Support for future project identification and prioritization through 2035.
