FY26 Remote Sensing and Covert Vehicle Project

The District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment is seeking contractors to support a FY26 Remote Sensing and Covert Vehicle Project. The effort will encompass system‑requirements quality‑assurance reviews, retrofitting a fleet of vehicles to meet stringent emissions standards, comprehensive vehicle inspection and testing, and provision of traffic‑control services for project‑related operations. The contract is open‑market and will be awarded to the best value proposal submitted by the deadline. • Perform a System Requirements Quality Assurance Review for remote‑sensing equipment and covert vehicle platforms. • Retrofit existing vehicles to reduce emissions, ensure compliance with environmental specifications, and provide parts and service as needed. • Conduct vehicle inspection and emissions testing services, including certification and reporting. • Deliver traffic‑control services to support field operations and ensure safety during testing and deployment. • Provide ongoing technical support and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
