Description
The Navy is soliciting quotations for a 1000 PSI portable CA. Quotations will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, delivery, and price. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the entire requirement, and post-award price increases will not be accepted. The contractor must also agree to accept award at the quoted price without modification to price, terms, or conditions.
* Technical Acceptability: The contractor must provide a technically acceptable quotation that meets the requirements of the solicitation.
* Delivery: The contractor must provide a delivery schedule that meets the requirements of the solicitation.
* Price: The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the entire requirement.
The solicitation requires the contractor to identify the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), brand name, and manufacturer part number, and country of origin. When applicable, proof of OEM authorization or authorized distribution may be required to ensure product authenticity, warranty validity, and supply chain traceability.
