Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the procurement of a range of compressed and liquefied gases (e.g., argon, nitrogen, helium, oxygen, air, nitrous oxide, methane, ethylene, ethane, hydrogen). The BPA will be a small‑business set‑aside, with each individual call staying below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (generally under $10 K). Vendors must submit a cover sheet, capability statement, price list (if applicable), and at least three past‑performance references. An active SAM registration and PIEE account are required. Master BPAs will be awarded on a six‑month rotation through June and December (now extended through June 2029). Documentation for a June award must be received by 30 April; for a December award, by 31 October. The BPA will be competitive at the call level, and vendors with strong technical and past‑performance records will receive a Master BPA for future orders.

• No site visits or pre‑bid meetings required.
