BPA Compressed Gas Cylinders

The Government is seeking a contractor to supply various compressed gases to Tobyhanna Army Depot for use in industrial areas and base operations. The contractor will be required to deliver gases on a weekly schedule, with the Government providing notification of the type and quantity of empty and/or replacement cylinders required at least 48 hours prior to delivery. The contractor will be responsible for picking up empty or unneeded cylinders within 2 days of notification. The contract will be a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement, with a maximum total award amount of $250,000. The evaluation will be based on the contractor's capabilities statement and past performance. • The contractor must be able to supply compressed gases such as Chlorine, Hexaflourine, Oxygen, Acetylene, Argon, and others. • The contractor must be able to deliver to various locations within the Tobyhanna Army Depot. • The contractor must be able to provide a weekly delivery schedule. • The contractor must be able to pick up empty or unneeded cylinders within 2 days of notification. • The contractor must be able to provide a capabilities statement and past performance information for evaluation purposes.
