DEP-2 Lubrication Oil for Wartsila Engines

The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals for the procurement of lubrication oil for Wartsila engines at the DEP-2 plant. The oil required is Shell Mysella S5 N 40 Long Life, Low Ash, Stationary Gas Engine oil. Proposals must include 2” dry disconnect fitting information, delivery cost, and delivery time after order placement. The evaluation criteria will be based on pricing, delivery timing, and acceptance of BWL Terms and Conditions. • The BWL is a municipally owned electric utility in Michigan, providing electric service to approximately 97,000 customers and water to approximately 56,000 customers. • The proposal must be submitted through IonWave, and the BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The BWL has production facilities for all commodities supplied and is a transmission and distribution owner/operator. • The scope of work includes the procurement of lubrication oil for Wartsila engines, and the proposal must be in full accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work.
