Wheaton & Snow Hall Bathroom Renovations

The State of Connecticut is seeking bids for the renovation of eight gang restrooms in two separate buildings, Wheaton and Snow Hall, at the Middlesex Community College. The project involves the abatement and demolition of existing finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, and the installation of all new finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fixtures. The contractor shall begin work on the second-floor restrooms in both buildings simultaneously, leaving the first-floor restrooms available for use by faculty and staff.
