Description
The City of Quincy is seeking proposals for on-call traffic and parking engineering services. The services may include shared parking analysis, parking operations analysis, curb management plans, traffic signal design, intersection capacity analysis, design of on- and off-street parking facilities, feasibility studies, code compliance reviews, and regulatory compliance reviews. The City reserves the right to withdraw the RFQ, reject any and all proposals, and accept any proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Quincy.
• The services will be led by the Department of Traffic, Parking, Alarm & Lighting (TPAL) but may be utilized by other City Departments as needed.
• Proposals must be received by Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at 11:00am.
