Description
The Midland Public Schools is seeking a contractor to repair and refinish the gym floor at Midland High School. The scope of work includes removing and installing 225 square feet of gym flooring, sanding approximately 11,760 square feet of gym flooring, repainting all original markings, and applying two coats of sealer and two coats of finish to the sanded floor area. The contractor must have five years of experience in this type or similar work and must include three references from the 2025-26 time frame. The project is expected to start after June 29, 2026, and must be completed by July 31, 2026.
