Asphalt Cold Patch Material

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is requesting bids from qualified vendors for asphalt cold patch material. The selected vendor will provide the material for use in permanent and temporary pothole and utility cut repairs. The contract term will be one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The total contract value is estimated to be $500,000 over the five-year term. • The vendor must provide a fully burdened total cost for the material on the bid schedule. • The vendor must be an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the material. • The material must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 2. • The vendor must provide certification with laboratory backup data that the material meets the specifications. • The vendor must provide a list of all trade secret information that is removed or blacked out in the redacted copy of the bid.
