FY25 Lexington Harbor Maintenance Dredging

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors to provide construction services for the FY25 Lexington Harbor Maintenance Dredging project. The project involves mobilizing to Lexington, Michigan, dredging the federal navigation channel, and placing dredged material as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction Contract to the lowest priced bidder that is determined to be responsible and responsive. The solicitation package materials will be available electronically, and contractors must be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system and the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate. • The project requires dredging and surface cleanup activities • The NAICS code for this work is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction • The small business size standard for this work is $37.0 million in average annual receipts • The Government intends to issue the IFB as a 100% set-aside for small businesses • Electronic proposal submissions will be required through the PIEE Solicitation Module suite
