New Weslaco Property Demolition, Site Clearing, and Grading Project

Tropical Texas Behavioral Health (TTBH) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced demolition contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and supervision necessary for the complete demolition, debris removal, site clearing, and grading of the New Weslaco Property located at 2319 W. Business 83, Weslaco, TX 78596. This is a high-visibility project requiring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and scheduling requirements. Key aspects of the project include: • Demolition of the existing structure • Debris removal • Site clearing • Grading of the property • Compliance with safety, environmental, and scheduling requirements TTBH is exempt from Texas sales and use taxes, and such taxes may not be passed on as a cost to the Center. The project is a Capital Improvement Project for FY26, and the Center will only receive submittals electronically through the Ionwave Electronic Bid System.
