The City of Keene is seeking proposals for the purchase and residential development of a vacant parcel located at 0 Howard Street, Keene, NH. The City intends to sell the property for the purpose of constructing Residential infill development, in accordance with the City’s Land Use Code and permitting requirements. This RFP is issued to support the City’s goal of expanding housing capacity by encouraging the development of multiple residential units. The parcel is approximately 0.91 Acres in size and has not been surveyed.
