Description
The Mustangs Walk Extension is a campus‑wide civil construction project at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. The scope includes demolition, grading, earthwork, utility installation, concrete pavement and sidewalk construction, curb and fire‑lane work, landscape planting and irrigation, and the installation of light‑pole foundations with an added electrical outlet alternate. Vendors must submit a full, itemized bid, a 5 % bid bond, HUB subcontracting plan, insurance certificates, and a notarized asbestos‑free affidavit. The project is slated to start early July 2016 (or by early September at the latest) and will require the contractor to provide a schedule, performance and payment bonds if awarded.
