Description
The State of Maine is seeking quotations for the purchase of two enclosed trailers. The trailers must meet specific specifications, including model year 2025 or 2026, V-nose design, 10’ x 6’ size, white or aluminum color, one-piece aluminum roof, aluminum frame, plywood floor and walls, rear door and side door access, lockable doors, single axle with a minimum GVW axle rating of 3000 lb, 2000 lb front tongue jack, safety chains, 2-inch ball coupler, 15-inch radial tires, DOT compliant LED exterior lighting, and a 4-pin plug for electrical connection to a vehicle. The trailers must be delivered to 106 Hogan Road in Bangor, and the delivery date will be factored into the bid award decision.

• The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced qualified bidder.

• The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract in the form of a State of Maine Buyer Purchase Order or Master Agreement.
