Remodeling the WSU Women's Soccer Locker Room

The University is seeking a qualified general contractor to fully remodel the women’s soccer locker room on the main Ogden campus. The scope includes demolition of existing finishes, installation of new Shield‑style lockers, new carpet, ceiling grid and tile, bathroom tile, new wall base, paint, upgraded lighting, a Bluetooth‑capable sound system, and a new storefront door. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, submit a 5 % bid bond, and provide 100 % performance and payment bonds before work can commence. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and is a one‑time purchase with a potential 120‑day ordering window for additional items.
