Eleven (11) 4-wheel kits

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking to procure eleven (11) 4-wheel kits that are compatible with Kubota GL7000 & GL11000 Diesel Generators for the Incident Support Base site. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price, and the delivery requirements are 60 days after award. The RFQ is set aside for 100% small business. • The quote submission shall include a Price Quote with a clear photograph or image of the item being offered as part of their price submission. • The image must accurately represent the product and its features. • Failure to provide a clear image may result in the offer being deemed nonresponsive. • Quoters shall submit a Firm-Fixed Price quote in accordance with the Attachment 1: Pricing Table. • The quote shall include the following information: Quoter’s Name, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Point of contact (POC), Manufacturer Name, Quantity, Unit Price, Total Shipping, Total Price, Discount Percentage (If any).
