Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a contractor to provide Decommissioning and Modular Systems Furniture (MSF) services for EDD facilities located at 722/800 Capitol Mall and 750 N Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, vehicles, equipment, and materials to execute the services safely and efficiently. The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for additional time and funds. The contractor must participate in a mandatory walkthrough on October 15, 2025, and must submit a bid by October 22, 2025. Key aspects of the job include:
