KAHN MODEL 102-240 DYNAMOMETERS

The Anniston Army Depot is seeking information from potential contractors for the procurement of technical overhaul/remanufacturing packages for the Kahn Model 102-240 Dynamometers. The dynamometers are currently used in test cell one through five located in building 128 Turbine Test Cells at Anniston Army Depot in Alabama. The contractor shall provide drawings and documents necessary for the specific overhaul materials, repair or machining of new expendable/wear components, bill of materials, and assembly of the dynamometers. The contract shall have a performance period of 6 to 8 weeks after contract award to complete all requirements. • The contractor must provide two electronic copies of all documentation in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety laws and regulations. • The contractor must immediately report any conflicts between applicable laws and provisions of the contract. • The contractor must submit to potential federal, state, army, and installation work site environmental or safety regulatory inspections and/or investigations. • The contractor must take necessary actions to identify, monitor, and control contract operations and activities that pose risk of contamination or can negatively impact the environment.
