Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, is conducting market research to identify potential sources and industry capabilities for the supply and delivery of park supplies to the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake Recreation area. The required supplies include picnic tables, grills, lantern holders, fire rings, utility tables, trash can holders, and plastic composite timbers. The delivery schedule is 30 days after contract award or no later than March 1, 2026. Interested firms are invited to submit a capability statement that includes company information, business size and socio-economic status, relevant experience, and ability to meet the delivery schedule and logistical requirements.
• The estimated quantities of the required supplies are: 75 grills, 100 picnic tables, 15-30 trash receptacle holders, 15-30 lantern holders, 10 adjustable fire rings, 30 prep tables, 125 recycled plastic black lumber timbers, and 50 outdoor 31-gallon galvanized steel trash cans with lids.

• The delivery site is accessible to both semi-trucks and standard delivery trucks, but all vehicles must be equipped with a lift gate.
