Description
The Austin Community College District (ACC) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSPs) from qualified firms for a parking lot expansion project at the Round Rock Campus. The project involves expanding the existing parking lot to approximately 200 spaces, including new asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, parking lot light poles, and surveillance cameras. The project must comply with ADA requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local codes.
Key aspects of the project include:
• New asphalt paving for driveways and parking stalls
• New concrete curb and gutter around all spaces and driveways
• New parking lot light poles and surveillance cameras
• Landscape and irrigation improvements around the new parking area
• Electrical conduit and ground boxes for installation of future electric vehicle (EV) charging stations
The selected respondent will be required to provide a detailed project plan, including a construction schedule, budget, and personnel qualifications. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to ACC, considering factors such as total overall proposal cost, quality, reliability, and successful experience of the respondent.
