Description
The County is seeking contractors to replace a series of culverts beneath the Lake Minnetonka LRT Regional Trail, including associated site work and early‑season tree clearing. The work will be performed under a strict electronic‑bid process with a 5 % bid bond or cash deposit requirement, and all bids must be submitted through the BidVault portal by the March 2, 2026 deadline. Construction is slated to begin in July 2026 and must be completed by November 1, 2026.
• Remove and replace existing culverts under the trail (full scope detailed in attached Schedule of Prices).
• Perform required tree‑clearing operations by April 15, 2026 (the only work permitted before the general start‑up window).
• Adhere to Minnesota Work Hours Act wage requirements and provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed for successful completion.
• Submit electronic bids via OneOffice/BidVault with required bid credits and a 5 % bond/deposit; hard‑copy bids are not accepted.
