The Town of Scituate is seeking sealed bids for the construction of an ADA accessible bandstand to replace the original structure that was demolished in March 2026. The project requires the construction of a new bandstand that meets ADA accessibility standards. The construction cannot commence until after the summer season in mid-October and must be completed by November 21, 2026. • The bid opening date is August 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. • An optional pre-bid conference will be held on July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the Cole Parkway site. • The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to waive any informality, to divide the award, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Town of Scituate. • No electronic or faxed bids will be accepted.
