Description
This DLA Energy solicitation seeks a qualified fuel supplier to provide large‑volume diesel (KDR) and gasoline (MUM and MUR) to U.S. military installations throughout South Korea (and one site in the Philippines) under a fixed‑price, requirements contract with economic price adjustments. The award will be made on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis, with deliveries required from 1 Feb 2027 through 31 Jan 2030. Offerors must be registered in SAM, WAWF, DIBBS, and the DLA PC&S Offer Entry Tool, and must submit a Supply Commitment Letter, Certificate of Analysis, and other compliance documents for each of the 61 line‑item locations.
• Total fuel quantity: ~16 M gal diesel, ~2.3 M gal mid‑grade gasoline, ~0.18 M gal regular gasoline.
• Delivery to more than 70 U.S. bases/camps in Korea, requiring tank‑truck, tank‑wagon, and escorted deliveries within strict daily time windows.
• Prices will be adjusted daily using Platts market indexes; base reference date June 8 2026.
• Contract period: 1 Feb 2027 – 31 Jan 2030 (3 years) with options for additional quantity under FAR 52.217‑6/‑7.
