Description
The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi is seeking a contractor to renovate and reconfigure the existing bath house and pump room facility into a modern public toilet facility. The project includes demolition of existing internal partitions, toilets, showers, plumbing fixtures, piping systems, electrical fixtures, floor finishes, wall finishes, doors, and associated building components. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, skilled labor, materials, equipment, tools, logistics, transportation, testing, permits, consumables, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The project duration is estimated to be 90 calendar days.
• Demolition and removal of existing components
• Installation of new plumbing systems, electrical systems, ventilation systems, and architectural finishes
• Construction of two new sewer manholes and extension of sewer piping to the existing main sewer manhole
• Testing and commissioning of all systems
• Provision of all necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear
• Compliance with Indian Standards (IS codes) and international equivalents
• Warranty and maintenance of the work for a minimum of one year
