The GPO, on behalf of the U.S. Department of Transportation, seeks a vendor to produce, personalize, assemble, and mail 78,472 Aero Class mailer sets (each set includes a folded letter and a window #10 envelope). The work must be completed on a tight schedule, with material pickup on 09/25/2026, a proof due 09/28/2026, and final shipment and mailing no later than 10/02/2026. The contractor must handle variable‑data printing, address validation, bar‑coding, and provide post‑mailing tracking reports, as well as a Security Control Plan for handling personally identifiable information.
