Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the supply of shovels with square D handles. The shovels should meet the specifications of the reference model, Union Tools #S42106, and no custom items will be accepted. Bidders must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The delivery of the shovels must be no later than Friday, March 6, 2026.
• The quantity of shovels required is 700.
• The unit of measurement is each (EA).
• Bidders must answer all mandatory questions and accept the terms and conditions of the bid.
• Bidders must also attach a Consent & Authorization form and any other required documents.
• The bid will be submitted through the PHLContracts.phila.gov website.
