Description
The Pennsylvania Game Commission Southeast Region is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish, clean up, and remove a variety of abandoned structures and debris on State Game Lands (SGL) 139 in Bucks County. The work includes demolition of a house, mobile home, school bus, outbuilding, outhouse, sheds, wood canopies, a pole building, and removal of all associated debris, followed by grading, seeding, and restoration of the site. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, insurance, and bonds, and must comply with strict environmental and safety requirements. The contract period runs from January 4 2027 through June 30 2027, with a mandatory pre‑bid site walk on November 6 2026. Bids are due electronically by October 20 2026.
