Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $8,000,000

The solicitation notes an “Estimated Amount: Greater than $5,000,000.” Considering the extensive grading (≈1.2 million cubic yards), high‑volume alkaline material delivery, and construction of multiple treatment ponds, a realistic award range would be roughly $5 million to $8 million, depending on final unit prices, material costs, and any subcontracting.
