Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a total contract value. Based on the extensive material list (tons of stone, culverts, backfill, erosion control, and labor) and typical costs for mine‑drainage remediation in Appalachia, a reasonable ballpark is between $1 million and $3 million. Factors influencing the final amount include market prices for aggregate and steel, site accessibility, and the extent of unforeseen subsurface conditions.
