Description
The New Buffalo Area Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to replace existing classroom lighting fixtures with new LED fixtures at the Elementary School. The project aims to improve lighting quality and consistency, increase energy efficiency, reduce maintenance, and standardize lighting across classrooms. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project, including fixture replacement, electrical and controls work, installation, and cleanup. The proposal requires contractors to demonstrate experience with commercial/school lighting projects, licensed electrical contractor status, and the ability to coordinate work within an occupied school environment.
