Notice of Intent to Sole Source - BAH

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (BAH) for comprehensive project management support across the Special Engineering Program (SEP) initiatives. The contractor will provide program management services supporting Healthcare Environment Facilities Programs (HEFP) and Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Facility Infrastructure Deployment Management. • The proposed period of performance is July 2, 2026 – September 30, 2026. • The task order will provide Program Management Services supporting HEFP and EHRM. • A follow-on requirement covering these services is in progress with an anticipated award of July 24, 2026.
